Any content that mimics, derives from, or embodies the unique spirit and methodology of Maxwell Leadership® BookCamp, even if not immediately obvious as a direct copy, will be considered an infringement. All uses of Maxwell Leadership® BookCamp materials must be licensed or explicitly authorized in writing by Maxwell Leadership®. We actively monitor and crawl online platforms for unauthorized use, and any detected infringements will be swiftly addressed. This notice applies to all platforms and persons including, but not limited to, websites, applications, social media, and cloud-based services. Facilitators, participants, or third parties who assist in the unauthorized use or dissemination of our materials will also be held legally responsible.
